About these terms

These terms describe use of the Pythoveriq website and purchases of its digital guides. Read the course description and policies before ordering. Seller identity and direct contact details must be available on the Contact Us page before orders open.

Digital materials and requirements

Courses are English-language PDF guides for personal, self-directed study. No physical goods, live teaching, accreditation or employment outcomes are included. A PDF reader is required; exercises require a suitable Python 3 environment. Module lists define the scope of each guide.

Orders and pricing

Catalogue prices are in EUR and relate to one purchase of the named guide, not a recurring subscription. The external payment page must show the matching item, currency and final total, including any applicable tax, before payment. Do not proceed if these details differ. An order is subject to payment confirmation and the information shown at checkout.

Delivery

Read the Instant Access Policy and the delivery information shown before checkout. Opening a payment link or returning to the website does not verify payment. No delivery time is promised where ordering is not yet configured.

Personal-use licence

You may read and retain the purchased guide for your own study. You may adapt its examples for your own learning. You may not resell, distribute, upload or commercially reproduce the guide without permission. Rights in third-party materials remain with their owners.

Refunds and statutory rights

The Refund Policy explains requests concerning non-delivery, defects, duplicate charges and cancellation. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits liability where doing so is unlawful.

Availability and updates

Descriptions may be corrected and website availability may change. Changes do not retroactively reduce the rights attached to an existing purchase. Materials are educational and do not promise a specific result.
